“Very easy to check in when I arrived and the staff member was extremely friendly and helpful.
The room was easy to find, very clean and even though the parking lot was full of cars, the halls were very quiet.”

“Our room was only half painted. The fixtures looked ancient. I saw a red stain on the wall in the bathroom.
The breakfast space was so cramped we could barely move between the juice and the waffles. Choices were very limited.
When we arrived, we dialed 0 to get the desk manager. When she answered, her first words were “oh no.”
The key to our room did not work, but the desk manager resolved the problem quickly.”

“The only issue I have is there is a five dollar and some change charge on my card after I checked out. I am looking into what this is for because we checked in around 10:30 pm and caught a flight the next morning at 6:00 am. The convenience of being right next to the airplane terminal was great.”
