Albergo lontano dal centro città, collegato però con un autobus con fermata nelle vicinanze. Buona colazione ma la nostra camera era molto datata e certamente da ammodernare.

Bell'albergo con grandi camere, servizio ottimo e personale molto cordiale. Ci torno sicuramente. Due miglioramenti che posso proporre A) il parcheggio è a pagamento extra e non ha senso, B) la collazione è piuttosto standard. Potrebbero esserci piu cose a disposizione. Comunque un ottimo albergo

Ottimo check in. Albergo di livello ma con mobili datati. Per essere un 4 stelle carente per servizi: no frigo bar ne servizio self in camera e neppure bar in hotel in funzione. Essendo un albergo fuori mano avrebbero dovuto garantire un self. Posizione ottima passa bus per centro ed arrivi in 19 minuti. Buona pulizia camere. Parcheggio in lo o.

We wasted a lot of time waiting for the elevators. There hotel is too big for having only 3 elevators (at least in our section of it). Same for check-in and check-out, huge queues of people waiting because there were not enough employees (and some of them were just watching another workmate while he/she was working). We booked for 2 nights and add an extra one due to a flight cancellation (paid by airline): for the last night, our room was not equipped with towels. We asked to the reception and they only sent body towels (no hand towels were gaven). Perfection is not from this world, but I'm pretty sure you can find a better accomodation in Luxembourg.

Hotel bello e pulito, camera tripla molto spaziosa. Un pò fuori dal centro, ma raggiungibile con bus a 1 minuto a piedi dalla struttura. Spazio della colazione un pò piccolo per il numero dei coperti.

Ontbijtruimte was veel te klein en totaal niet gezellig. Keuze bij het ontbijt was wel goed. Het aantal liften (3) voor een gebouw van 19 verdiepingen (wij sliepen op de zestiende verdieping) was totaal onvoldoende en resulteerde in constant wachten op de liften. Mensen lopen in zwemkledij in de lobby en niemand zei daar iets van... Kamer was heel goed (wij hadden een luxe suite) maar de rest van het hotel voldeed niet echt aan de norm.

Obwohl das Hotel schon eine Weile nicht mehr renoviert worden ist - Teppichboden alt, Sitze im Frühstücksraum teilweise verschlissen -, fand ich den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr gut und habe einen weiteren gebucht. Die Service-Qualität war sehr erfreulich, ebenso wie die Qualität des Essens (Willkommens-Cookie und Frühstück). Der Pool ist auch schon älter, aber völlig okay. Ich kann verstehen, dass andere Gäste sehr böse wurden, als sie den Willkommens-Keks mangels Verfügbarkeit einmal nicht bekommen haben (das habe ich in einem anderen Erfahrungsbericht gelesen), denn man verpasst dann wirklich etwas. Aufladen von Elektroautos ist nicht gerade attraktiv bepreist, es sind 23 oder 25 EUR pauschal pro Aufladung, was mich dazu bewogen hat, lieber woanders zu laden. Wenn man die Batterie von ziemlich leer auf ziemlich voll auflädt, ist der Preis vielleicht gerade noch vertretbar.
