Arrivata in hotel scopro che ci sono lavori in corso. La cosa è stata omessa in fase di prenotazione. Verso le otto di mattina sono iniziati colpi di martello e rumori di trapano. Non avrei mai prenotato qua se avessi saputo della ristrutturazione in corso. Molto molto scorretto non avvisare i clienti.

Not good
Main highlight is that the hotel is located in Kirchberg, which is close to most offices in LUX. However, several things did not work out: 1) cold water in the evening, for which I had to call both nights to get fixed; 2) a recurrent intermittent noise from something like a water pump; 3) no cleaning service (ah but I had to ask for it, if I only I knew).. what I got in return was a free meal, which I think was a nice gesture. But the point is, you need to cover the basics!

Concerning the technical problems, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Be assured that our maintenance team has done their best to resolve the problem quickly. Due to the current health situation, for the comfort and safety of our guests and staff, employees are not allowed to enter your bedroom when you are present. For this reason, the room cleaning service is not systematic. It has to be planned with our reception team. I have shared your feedback with all the team and particularly our Maintenance Manager and our Front Office Manager so that this does not happen again. Once again, I would like to express my apologies for your experience. If you have the chance to come back to Luxembourg, we really hope you will give us the opportunity to better serve you. L'albergo è bello ma la camera è vecchia di 30 anni almeno... orribile! Il bagno indecente, specchio piccolo e scomodo, doccia che perde. Non si può far pagare una stanza così 165€!!!

nice hotel in the new business area so not in the city centre, confortable room, free wifi, near bus station to downtown and Luxexpo and only 10 minutes bus to airport. only thing is restaurant definetely overpriced and no other choices near by

Mi sono trovata benissimo
Ho pernottato 1 sola notte in questa struttura, ma ho dormito benissimo. Il letto molto comodo e ampio, il bagno pulito e rifinito. il panorama lasciava a desiderare (una sorta di ballatoio sassolinoso), ma a lussemburgo non ci sono molti panorami,dunque non si perde nulla. unico neo: colazione al ristorante a buffet poco abbondante rispetto al costo (Euro 18).
