This bright 28 m² studio is on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator in the Gare district of Luxembourg City, on a quiet residential street. It sleeps two guests.

A queen-size (160 cm) fold-down wall bed tucks away during the day to free up the living space. Bed linen is provided, and shutters help darken the room at night.

🛋️ Living and Dining Area
Relax in front of the Smart TV or share a meal at the small dining table.

🍳 Kitchenette
Cook simple meals with a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery.

🚿 Bathroom
The modern bathroom comes with towels, shampoo and a hair dryer.

🧺 Laundry and Longer Stays
A washing machine is available in the building's shared laundry area, and an iron is provided. Wi-Fi makes the studio practical for business trips and longer stays.

ℹ️ Good to Know
There is no air conditioning, so the studio can get warm during summer heatwaves. The radiator thermostat is currently faulty, so two electric heaters are provided for heating.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire studio to themselves. The washing machine is in the building's shared laundry area. Detailed access instructions are sent once your booking is confirmed and the online check-in is complete.

The station, with trains, buses and the tram, is a short walk away, and the Old Town, with the Grand Ducal Palace and Place d'Armes, can be reached on foot. Cafés, restaurants and shops are within a few minutes' walk, and public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

Getting Around:
Luxembourg's central train station (Gare Centrale) is a short walk away, with trains, buses and the tram. Luxembourg Airport is around 15 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

We also welcome long-term stays, making it an ideal home base for remote workers and business travelers. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:

1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.

4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.

5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.

6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.

7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.

8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.

9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.

10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.

11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.

12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.

13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. You can use the lockbox to collect your keys. The access code will be sent once you’ve completed the check-in process through your Guest Area and it’s close to the official check-in time at 3:00 PM.
