“Great hotel, clean and close to stores.”

“Stayed one night. Very Easy parking. No front desk so they text you a code to open front door of hotel and your room. Quite simple. We were in 306, the Twain room. A beautiful room with cool windows and ceilings. This room had an unusual feature where the bathroom had no door, it was just a wide opening. The toilet was tucked behind shower but the fan wasn’t loud enough to cover bathroom noises of your travel companion (lol!). The hotel communicated very well with us (maybe too much!) but I...

“The bathroom was really clean! I loved the mix of old tiles and modern shower. Check in instructions were helpful but a tad complicated. Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions. The room was charming but could really benefit with some updated bedding - sort of like the bathroom - having the old charm of the house but updated elements. The room was stuffy but one call to...

“One thing we didn’t like we check out at 11:00 and they started knocking on the door at 10:20 for house keeping also there was really no trash bags but everything else is good”

“C'è stato un grosso malinteso nella fase di checkin, quando ci è stata assegnata una camera già occupata (per fortuna le luci erano accese e le tende aperte, altrimenti avremmo fatto irruzione in una camera occupata), e poi una camera la cui serratura non funzionava. Le camere non fumatori sono al piano superiore e non c'è ascensore. La colazione è molto scarna, tanto che siamo andati altrove a far colazione. Il parcheggio è ampio. ”

“I was a little bit disappointed with my stay. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathtub also felt unsafe because it was very slippery and had no safety features, which is a serious concern. To make matters worse, there was no toilet paper or bar soap provided in the room, which should be basic amenities in any hotel. Overall, the lack of comfort, safety, and essential supplies made for a poor experience. I hope the hotel addresses...

“Out of four days the only housekeeping done was towles brought in once. No little amenities like hair dryer, shampoos . Cigarette butts outside. Beds very loud and creaky. Can hear people through the walls. Couch was old and needed a bad shampooing. Check in was very easy and owner/ manager was good at messaging.”

“Our state was good the staff was nice but while we were there they didn't come in and clean our room and we couldn't figure out how to get the heater working but then we finally figured it out other than that not bad”
