We sent several messages to our host and never got a reply. What we did get were automated messages about checking out but nothing regarding what we asked about. Very poor communication. Also hot as balls. No air conditioning. The location is great if you are going to an event at wembley but for the price they could turn on their AC for their guests.

"Having visited many Manorhouses, Plumber Manor does not hold up to the standards you would expect when paying this much per night. Blankets instead of duvets. No body lotion. No conditioner.
