We have fridges available in some of our rooms. If you stay again just choose a luxury or deluxe room .These all have fridges in . Thank you

Many thanks for leaving the review. Sorry it doesn't sound like you enjoyed your stay as much as you should have. As advertised our front desk is not 24/7. However, there is always someone on hand should you require anything. This information is made clear on check in or before arrival. We have a work mobile which is always answered and also a ring doorbell. Often the shutters are down yet we are around cleaning / attending the garden etc . Even over night someone is onsite for emergencies. There are many eateries nearby. I could recommend 5/6 restaurants / pubs to eat witithn 1 mile or so from us, with all their menus and contact details located in our foyer. The noisy drain is apparently scheduled to be dealt with later this month thankfully. Hopefully we can welcome you back now you have this information to hand

Many thanks for the review. Sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay this time. We understand a shared bathroom maybe isn’t for you. But some people like a cheaper clean room. Warm Bed with complimentary free tea coffee and just a place to sleep it’s perfect. Next time you stay , maybe you may prefer the rooms with en-suite. Much larger and own shower and bathroom.

Many thanks for the review. We brought this in at the start of Covid and have kept it in place as majority of gusts like the system. We don’t feel a notice needs to be in place - a hanging sign is left obviously in room which says please service room. If this is left on door the room Is serviced. Seems a simple and effective method with no explanation needed. We also leave plenty of tea etc and towels to cover the full stay so not needed. Including toilet rolls - usually one one whole roll per day a couple is sufficent. We hope we can welcome you back soon
