“We had a smiling face greet us at check in. We needed an extra pillow and towels and they promptly got them for us with a smile.
The room was extremely clean.
There is fresh coffee and hot breakfast each morning
We were once again greeted with a smile and asked for feedback good or bad at checkout.
If in the area would stay again. ”

“Decent hotel with exceptional friendly service. Rooms are large and clean. Don't expect the Marriott. I have stayed here multiple times, I love that it's dog-friendly, staff is always so very welcoming. Breakfast is nothing to shout about... but there's coffee and juice and toast and a waffle machine. Eggs are powdered... Overall, a stellar deal for those staying in Altavista. ”
