Amazing Victorian stables building, beautifully converted, high vaulted ceilings, period features. 12 bedrooms.

Large Living areas. Fireplace in Lounge. Parking.

Large long dining table for all guests to share meals together. This dining area with the doorway through to the separate Huge split level lounge with fireplace, both making fabulous spaces for socialising, games and meals together.

Located in "Lyndhurst village", the heart of the New Forest.

Walk to the village with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants in a minute or two, with the New Forest itself just a few more minutes walk.

New Forest, beautiful all year round and close to coast with lovely beaches.

Fantastic for large groups of family and friends to get together!

We will be requesting a refund due to the extremely low level of hygiene and cleanliness.The property had bed-bugs in at least 3 of the bedrooms, we have video and photographic evidence.We found an unacceptable level of rubbish under the 1st bed that we checked. This included used tissues and ear buds. Due to the bed-bugs the weekend was ruined by 8 of the 15 guests having to stay in hotels. So we could not all be together.The property looks run down and many items were worn out. Bedding was old, carpets ancient and doors did not close properly.The mattresses were soiled and in one case worn through.The owners came to see us whilst we were there, but seemed in complete denial about the gravity of the situation.We spent an enormous amount of money to rent this place and feel completely let down. We therefore seek a complete refund.

Amazing for groups. Disappointingly dirty.

The stables are in an amazing location. Right on Lyndhurst high street. The kitchen and living spaces were brilliant for our large group of 16 adults and 10 kids. Loads of seating. Loads of plates, mugs, glasses. Plenty of parking - easily managed 7 cars.But the standard of cleanliness was very poor, particularly in the bedrooms. We found empty vapes, dirty tissues and cotton buds, cigarettes, nasty stains on the floors and more worryingly, the condition of the mattresses. Some looked like they'd been pulled out of skips. Communication in the lead up to our stay was also very, very slow. It took the hosts a good week to respond to our simple question of whether there were highchairs available. It made planning an alternative solution far more difficult and stressful than it needed to be.
