Fuga sul lago serena e rilassante

Vieni e goditi un weekend tranquillo, rilassante, settimana o mese nel nostro accogliente cottage sul lago sulle rive del lago Ontario.

Puoi fare tutto quello che vuoi visitando il vicino Golden Hill State Park & Lighthouse per fare un'escursione sui loro sentieri (2 miglia) o un numero di cantine locali, stand di frutta e verdura, negozi Amish e negozi di antiquariato.

Oppure puoi fare tutto quello che vuoi semplicemente seduto accanto a un fuoco da campo sul lungomare sorseggiando la tua bevanda preferita e guardando la fauna selvatica che passa. Se diventa troppo ventoso in riva al lago, puoi ancora goderti un falò in un parco nel cortile.

Se sei pronto per un'avventura, le cascate del Niagara sono a 60 minuti per vedere le famose cascate, la Grotta dei venti o fare un giro sulla Maid of the Mist, visitare i negozi del villaggio storico di Lewiston o fare un giro in motoscafo sul possente fiume Niagara (45 minuti) o visitare Old Fort Niagara a Youngstown (35 minuti). Inoltre, 45 minuti. a sud si trova il parco divertimenti Darien Lake.

Trust all the reviews

This property is great. Very clean and as described in the listing. The lake is right out back, and provides a great view. The owner takes time to make you feel at home with the little things and it shows. Owner lives nearby and is incredibly helpful and friendly. We arrived late at night and she had the lights on for us. I would stay again for sure.

Comfortable and Cozy

Wonderful cottage right on Lake Ontario. Very clean and well appointed. Close to neighbors but very quiet, with plenty of privacy. The owners are fantastic; super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Fabulous getaway!

The cottage is just as described. Very cozy. Love the closeness to the lake. The fire pit was awesome! We got to see the Northern Lights when we were there! It was an amazing site to see over the lake! Sue was very gracious and very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying there. Already talking about when we may return.

Relaxing weekend by the Lake

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Sue and Tom's house. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, right on the Lake shore with great views and a fire pit. Tom and Sue were very friendly and helpful, and they made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a perfect weekend getaway.

The perfect getaway

This was an amazing getaway. Being next to the lake was so peaceful. The house had everything we could need. The bed was extremely comfortable. It’s very quiet other then then sound of the lake waves. I can’t wait to come back again.

Lovely Time in Western New York

The cottage is literally on the lake shore, so it's nice to get up in the morning and see what the state of the ever-changing Lake Ontario is! The house is clean, well-equipped, comfortable, good wi-fi, ample cooking utensils, and a handy set of extra-strong binoculars in case you want to try to read the name of that giant ship crossing the lake! We used it as a base to visit all around western NY and to bike at various places along the Erie Canal, just 20 miles away. Cider works/wineries are in the area, plus we scored the Celtic Heritage Festival in Lockport, courtesy of the heavy Irish presence in western NY. Many thanks to our hosts who were always available but never intrusive for giving us a lovely comfortable week!

Serenity

If you're looking for little to no noise within a pretty home, then this is your place. Situated on the shores of Lake Ontario and surrounded by beautiful flowers, hummingbirds, and purple martins, this peaceful location will renew your soul. Head down to Medina for supplies or nice food choices. The only down side is knowing you'll have to drive away at the end of your visit.

Wonderful Experience

We had a great time at this property. The pictures really do not so it justice, but you are RIGHT ON lake Ontario. We took a day and went to Rochester area and saw where the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was founded and took another day to visit Niagara Falls and Canada. There are many wonderful farmers markets nearby too which were fun to visit and the fire pit was great to cook s'mores together. Tom and Sue were wonderful and responded immediately to any questions. After talking with my wife, the only two things we would improve about this stay would be to recommend less see-through blinds in the bedroom and bathroom and the main kitchen countertop would shift when any of us leaned up on it. Thanks again Sue and Tom!
