“No A/C outside of rooms. A/C in room is in the window tucked behind blackout curtains so you either get a cold room with 24/7 sunshine or a hot dark room. The carpets in the hallways are gross. The beds and pillows were lumpy - none of us slept well and woke up stiff and sore. The restaurant service was awful. We had to get up and find salt, ketchup, water and coffee jugs to get our own refills because we didn't even see our waitress to flag her down. The server also brought the wrong order to...

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

“It’s deceiving, they show pics of the front entrance and the beautiful lobby, but the place is run down and old nasty carpet, and the reason I chose there and paid so much was for the pool… it was so cold the kids shivered while in it. The bathroom was not ready to be in service, the refrigerator/freezer smelled like pee. The only good thing was McDonalds was right across the parking lot. the "dining room" was about 6ft square, nothing like the picture”

“My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The property was clean, well maintained and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. I was really impressed with our suite and how updated it was. Will definitely be back if we're in the area!”
