The location is actually a 5 star as it is situated close to the freeway and right at an outdoor mall that offers all kind of stores, restaurants and amenities. “During the 3 night stay, no room service was provided, even though it was requested. No additional pillows were provided, even though they were asked for. A center coffee table in the lobby collapsed on top of my foot. The table leg had previously broken off and it had been precariously slopped back together with glue. The bathroom had black mold on the bottom. The smoke detector alarm chirped for 2 nights with no resolution, even though we requested it more than 3 times along our stay. While...

“Inside of the toilet dirty. Third shift employee was rude. Never was told about construction before check in learned about it by getting in the elevator by a sign. The dust from the construction cause me to have an asthma attack.Was awaken by very loud people talking construction worker then by saws and hammer's. Not to happy. Even closed bedroom door could still hear them. Shouldn't have been told up front about construction. I wouldn't have paid that kind of money during construction. ”
