It's ideally located close to the Lyon MACE train station, numerous cafés, bars, restaurants and local shops. You'll be able to reach the center quickly and discover the heart of this beautiful city. Located in Lyon, the accommodation is pleasant and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a beautiful living room area to relax after an intense day. The accommodation has a BALCON which will be very appreciated in summer as well as in winter. You will have everything at your disposal in order to have an excellent stay, namely : Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Elevator You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity with shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share with you my favorites! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
The 7th arrondissement, is located between the Rhone (west), Gambetta in the north, the 8th arrondissement in the east and the town of Saint-Fons in the south. It is the widest district of Lyon. It is located on a quite flat area. There is a part of the universities, the international “Cité Scolaire”, the Tony Garnier Hall where there are many shows and concerts, the Parc de Gerland. The Rhone banks offer a very pleasant walk, where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet themselves by night and day!

Bon appartement mais peut être nettement amelioré

L’appartement présente bien et à une jolie décoration, l’accueil et la remise des clés ce sont bien passés. Malgré cela plusieurs choses sont à souligner, la propreté de la vaisselle laisse à désirer ( obligé de la relaver avant de l’utiliser ). À notre arrivé il y’avait encore des aliments ouvert dans le frigo des précédents locataires… Un des store était cassé et il faisait donc plein jour dans l’appartement à 6h car les rideaux ( d’ailleurs laissant à désirer pour cause de moisissures dans le bas) ne sont pas occultant. C’est dommage car l’appart avec un ménage plus sérieux pourrait être super !

tous les criteres n’ont pas ete respectes

bel appartement avec un emplacement parfait mais la plateforme qui sert d'intermediaire manque de serieux. la proprietaire n'a pas ete correcte. ascenseur en refection et inutilisable pendant un mois, internet et wifi ne fonctionne pas.

Appartement parfait, propre, moderne, super confortable

Appartement super bien rénové, conforme aux photos. Literie très confortable rien à redire. Climatisation ultra appréciable par des temps à 35 degrés. Bien équipé. Très propre. Situé à 20 25 minutes à pied de la plage Bellecour donc impeccable pour visiter Lyon. Quartier agréable plein de petits commerces types bar à vins, fast food Healthy, épiceries bio et vrac, etc... On a eu peur du bruit de sirène ou autre lorsqu'on a vu commissariat de police en face mais aucun problème au final. Bémol : stationnement un peu compliqué mais il faut s'y attendre en grosse ville comme ça. Voisin avec un bébé un peu bruyant (cris et jeux qui tombent sans cesse sur le sol à 7h du matin). Gestion via hostnfly limite (à 19h la veille on me demande une pièce d'identité par mail et on me demande de faire une procédure de caution de 250 par informatique alors qu'on était en vacances donc c'est un peu énervant d'avoir ça à gérer sur son lieu de vacances à la dernière minute alors qu'on a réservé une semaine plus tôt). La procédure pour régler les clés impose d'aller dans un vival avec un code donc ne pas réserver si on arrive après 21h 22h ou qu'on ne connaît pas son heure précise d'arrivée et que l'on a des risques de retard puisque sinon vous n'avez pas de clés pour rentrer dans l'appartement les commerces étant fermés. Il faut faire également soit même les photos de l'appartement à l'arrivée et au départ pour l'état des lieux.
