Cozy apartment located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a large stone house. Close to downtown Oullins as well as the Lyon Aquarium, the Confluence Museum, and the Confluence shopping center.

A living area with a sofa bed (converts into a double bed), coffee table, TV, and Wi-Fi. A dining table with chairs.

A kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator, cooking plates, hood, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, and kitchen utensils.

A bathroom with a sink, towel dryer, hairdryer, and WC.

A washing machine, drying rack, and iron.

On the mezzanine:

A bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, clothes rack, and a nightstand with bedside lamps. (ATTENTION: the height on the mezzanine varies from 1m to 2m)

## Neighborhood

The main street of Oullins is the most important shopping street in the Lyon suburbs. You'll find nearly everything: bakeries, pharmacies, clothing and decoration stores, etc. Cultural offerings include the Renaissance Theater and the great concert hall "Le Clacson." You can reach the Confluence Museum or Lyon Aquarium by bus, and the center of Lyon by metro or bus.

To reach the apartment from the Part-Dieu train station, take metro line B towards Gare d'Oullins and get off at Gare d'Oullins station. The apartment is a 12-minute walk from there.

AEROPORT ST EXUPERY / APARTMENT
To reach the apartment from Saint-Exupéry Airport, take the Rhône Xpress towards Part-Dieu station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then, take metro line A towards Perrache and get off at Bellecour station. Finally, take bus C10 towards Saint-Genis Barolles and get off at Bas des Chassagnes station. The apartment is a 1-minute walk away.
