"Fantastic location, beautiful atrium, very careful front desk supervisor (Keryn). Room very spacious, a little bit too cold given the external temperature. If I were to come back to Miami, I would stay in this hotel!"

"I had asked whether it was possible to have an early check-in because we were flying overnight and landing at 6 a.m., starting two days before our arrival. No one ever replied to my request. When we arrived in the morning, I asked again, explaining that I was suffering from severe back pain, but no one made any effort to accommodate us. We had to wait until 4 p.m. for the regular check-in, which was nothing short of shameful due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff member named Tamara. They did not even inform us about the breakfast hours, or worse, that it was necessary to make a reservation to have breakfast. As a result, the following morning we went to breakfast and were not allowed to sit because we had not booked in advance. The breakfast itself was poor in both variety and quality, with excessively high prices. The floors in the room and bathroom were never cleaned during our three-day stay, nor was the shower tray. A very disappointing experience."

"The room was different from the one we originally booked. Only boiling hot water came out of the bathroom sink because the faucet was broken. Out of the three bulbs in the ceiling light, only one was working. The bathroom light fixtures were covered in dust, and the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted. Overall, the place felt neglected and so the guests."
