Modern Gîte with Pool, Near Wineries and Top Attractions

Located between Angers, Saumur, and Cholet, this recently renovated rural gîte in the heart of Anjou is ideal for exploring the Layon region.

You enter via a private terrace with a parasol, offering complete privacy. The 40m² living area boasts a modern, industrial style. It comprises a fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living and dining area. The sofa bed sleeps two ([hidden]cm).

Three steps lead down to the sleeping area:

- A first bedroom with a [hidden]x[hidden]cm bed
- A second bedroom with two 90x[hidden]cm beds (which can be joined or separated as needed). This bedroom provides access to a mezzanine with a [hidden]x[hidden]cm bed. This additional space is reached via a steep, narrow staircase (sloping ceilings on both sides, with a maximum height of 2 meters).

Both bedrooms are equipped with a large storage unit (wardrobes and numerous shelves), a small desk, and a door with a shutter leading outside.

- Shower room with a sink and ample storage.

Outside, on the southwest side, you will enjoy a large 17m² covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a 50m² lawn area. The owners grant you access to the swimming pool located in front of their house, which is shared with the caravan.

Conditions: Accessible from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, from the beginning of May to the end of October (weather permitting). 4m x 8m, depth from [hidden]m to [hidden]m. Heated to 28°C, with the possibility of swimming under the low cover.

For a stay with a large family or group, consider renting the gypsy caravan (ref. H49g[hidden].

This cottage with a swimming pool offers lovely spaces depending on the time of day; choose to be in the shade or in the sun! The owners live on-site in the adjoining part of the cottage. Your private spaces are clearly defined.

During your stay, visit the local vineyards (the owners will be happy to advise you).

- 25 minutes from the Bioparc de Doué La Fontaine and the Oriental Park of Maulévrier
- 45 minutes from Puy du Fou and the city of Angers
- 1 hour 30 minutes from the coast (Les Sables d'Olonne) and Futuroscope

Gîte calme et bien équipé

Gîte vraiment au calme et proche d’un axe permettant de rayonner très facilement sur l’ensemble de la région et bien plus. L’accueil des propriétaires et leurs conseils ont été appréciés. L’équipement est vraiment très complet, la piscine agréable et bien exposée. Nous avons très bien dormi et c’est important !
