We waited over an hour to have our plates removed at dinner and we're then told the kitchen was shut so desert wasn't available, we booked for 7.30pm. This is my 3rd stay at the hotel and it was very disappointing.”

“Throughly enjoyed our stay as a family with our dog! Staff were super friendly and so helpful and inviting. The location is great with a beautiful view of the lake. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and would definitely recommend and the breakfast was really tasty. Beds really comfortable and clean! Room has everything you need. Will be back for sure!”
