“The pillows on the bed are very small. They weren’t very comfortable but other than that the room was clean and I asked for extra blankets and I received them so overall, I rate the location as average.”

“Location is great, just the showers were old and showing some wear/tear. Bedding is wonderful. Paying for parking is nickle and diming in my opinion. You can tell them you just got dropped off and park your car within the plaza across the hotel, literally meters away. No way for them to know if you brought a car here or not. Also, they don't even check nor give you a parking pass . Don't tell them you park here. ”

“Ero già stato qui 3 anni fà e allora mi ero trovato veramente bene. Questa volta un po' meno. La stanza da due era davvero piccolissima così come il bagno (era difficile starci per una persona). La moquette della stanza era sporchissima piena di macchie. La posizione poi è ottima se sì è di passaggio per andare a LA (vicinissimo all'outlet). Poi devo dire che il bar affianco per la colazione è davvero ottimo.”

“Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”

“Stayed here while visiting an immuno-compromised relative. Requested nobody enter our room for duration of stay, ie housekeeping, & hotel confirmed this was fine. But someone entered while we had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on door to UPGRADE THE TV. This caused us to be unable to visit our relative, ruined the whole trip. In reporting this to the hotel, we learned: (1) upon check-in we were supposed to get a verbal warning about the TV upgrades, (2) a warning note was supposed to be in our room...
