“Vandhanen duede ikke og der var skimmelsvamp flere steder på værelset. Personalet var under alt kritik og der blev ikke gjort rent på værelset selvom vi bad om det. De opkrævede ekstra penge for at være to personer, hvilket vi ikke var blevet informeret om.”

“Hotel gradevole, pulito, personale disponibile!! Avevamo la stanza base, un po’ piccola e senza finestra... quindi consiglio di prendere una deluxe con il balcone!! Colazione esclusivamente maldiviana, tutto salato... sarebbe piacevole trovare qualcosa di dolce!! Escursioni favolose! Con 25$ abbiamo fatto un’uscita in barca con due giri di snorkling più pranzo su un’isola disabitata... indimenticabile :) ”

“The kindness of staff is as unlimited as coffee and tea on the 2nd floor. The guy from reception helped us with luggage on the way to the hotel and also back. They provided snorkel equipment for free. Breakfast is very tasty, espiecialy maledivian one. Room is clean and spacious enough, one disadvantage is that we didn't have window and maybe that's why you can feel excess humidity. ”

“Ambiente nuovo, accogliente e pulito. Camera grande funzionale con ottimo bagno e doccia. Dista circa 10 mn a piedi dalla spiaggia. Staff sempre presente, cordiale, amichevole e disponibile. Biciclette, teli mare e attrezzatura da snorkeling a disposizione sempre e gratuitamente. Colazione completa, ricca e varia. ”

“Great staff , they are a sincere bunch of guys , always ready to help out. The property could use a little maintenance however it is kept clean and tidy. A sweet one star and I would recommend this place and would have no problems returning. ”

“Possitive: Value for money, good location, quite area, good sea view from our room, staff are very helpfull and kind, free pickup/drop off from/to the ship port, very clean, free usage of sea towels, 24/7 reception,shops near the hotel. Negative: Wifi have very bad signal and is very slow, poor breakfast, mosque is behind the hotel, no elevator in the hotel We had a very good stay in Velana hotel. I suggest the hotel.”

In realtà eravamo partiti male, perché appena arrivati abbiamo scoperto che la nostra stanza si sarebbe liberata alle 20 causa prolungamento all'ultimo minuto del soggiorno di una ragazza. Loro ci avrebbero sistemato in una struttura analogo allo stesso prezzo e per scusarci ci hanno offerto una colazione di benvenuto in più. Tuttavia noi abbiamo accettato di entrare alle 20 contro il 50% di sconto su una escursione che volevano fare. Loro sono...
