“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40. No reception service after 23. They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message. I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...

"Sulla recensione in italiano perché potrebbe essere utile: penso io possa definirlo uno degli hotel più belli dove abbia mai alloggiato. Struttura molto confortevole, silenziosa, personale gentilissimo, mi dispiace solo non aver usufruito della piscina, ma torneremo. Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole, colazione a buffet molto ricca. Il letto comodissimo, giuro, un letto veramente più comodo di quello che va a casa. Abbiamo trovato una buona offerta, presumo che i prezzi siano più alti, però vale la pena tenerlo d'occhio, poiché sono spesso a Eindhoven. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto, era un po' rumoroso il sistema di riscaldamento, ma nulla di trascendentale."
