“The hotel is beautiful in an amazing location. It’s clean and rooms are comfortable. However, service leaves much to be desired. The lamp on the bathroom mirror was out of order and I asked if I could have it fixed; this happened in the morning before leaving the hotel. "I found a dirt towel in the bathroom which is really bad in consideration of the price. Some years ago I already stayed in the same hotel when it belonged to a different group. Now some thinks are changed (as breakfast organization), and I preferred by far as it was before: much better position of food and above all much better choice."
