As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. “What a lovely find! Visiting family in Julich and found this wonderful hotel via geographic search. The host is charming, extremely helpful and makes the most divine breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Host took us to our room and set the A/C on cold because we are Americans from FL....he had vacationed in FL and knew we wanted it cold. Negativo: materassi comodi ma troppo caldi per settembre pure togliendo il coprimaterasso di plastica.. E poi mi hanno offerto servizio lavanderia gratuito (senza stirare) assicurandomi che mi avrebbero restituito tutto lavato e asciutto la stessa sera e invece ci hanno messo 2 giorni e riconsegnato unido.. “De kamer was schoon en het ontvangst was hartelijk. Zaken die niet kloppen, worden direct aangepakt, zoals een buitenlamp die niet werkte. Volop parkeergelegenheid bij de herberg. Rustig gelegen in een bosrijke omgeving.”
