- The seaside town of Mablethorpe provides an array of shops, cafes, amusements and pubs to enjoy. This is the perfect base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Sutton-on-Sea (3 miles), Skegness (17 miles), and Chapel St Leonards (10 miles) and with attractions nearby. For keen walkers, there are numerous coastal and wold walks to enjoy. There are castles, country houses, windmills, and market towns to explore as well as walking or cycling in the Lincolnshire Wolds which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Or, follow the World War II Bomber trail steeped in aviation history.
Step into the property and find a handy entrance porch to store your coats and boots. Wander through to the lovely open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen offers an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Sit by the central kitchen island and chat to the chef or enjoy a sit-down meal at the nearby dining table. Sink into the corner sofa and pop something good to watch on the Smart TV. During the chillier months, there is nothing better than lighting the wood burner after a day of walking miles along the sandy beaches. There are two bedrooms – a double with smart TV and a twin – with a nearby shower room, offering a shower and WC. Outside, the garden is fully enclosed making it great for children and pets.
There is a patio area with outdoor dining furniture and the garden is perfectly placed to make the most of the summer sun. There is off-road parking for one car.
