We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful holiday. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The sea was beautiful and only a 5-minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Second visit to sand dune,wouldn't go anywhere else!quiet location,lovely clean and homely.easy access to the beach and many walks.Dog friendly and my dog loves sitting on the deck watching the world go by as do I...fantastic week!Marilyn is extremely responsive and helpful.Thank you!We will be back

A perfect little chalet, everything we needed very clean and comfortable. Very cosy even in the cold evenings. Lovely play area outside and perfect place for getting to the beach with your dog. Host is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Very well designed chalet for limited space a lot of thought has gone into it . slept well.. lovely kitchen area and living area all with know expense spared -shower area again nice design..I personally would prefer cotton towels instead of the brushed cotton ones (but that’s me)bedrooms and shower room have sliding doors which works well with the layout-lovely outside balcony all very well kept-host is a very nice person and makes you feel welcome and at home it’s close to beach and town centre …would recommend….

The property was excellant and clean. Modern, up to date and comfortable facilities throughout. Location ideal for surrounding areas ie Sutton on Sea and Skegness. Lovely place to stay.

Marilyn met us on arrival and showed us around the property. A very nice lady who showed us where everything is in the property. The property is very clean, tidy and well equipped for our needs.Parking is outside at the front which is a plus. The property is pet friendly. The outside area was perfect for evening chill times. A short walk into Mablethorpe beach only five mins walk. Bus stop is outside of Links Avenue, so this is perfect if you fancy a bus ride to Skegness with stops on route. We will visit again in the future.

We had a lovely 4 nights, great beach access, lots of walking with our dog, although lots of rabbits on the complex, need to keep dogs on leads, property was pristine and had everything we needed.

Well cared for chalet, small but big enough, very comfortable and immaculately clean. Close to sea front and town centre. Nice walks and loved visiting the Seal sanctuary.

Tastefully decorated, well organised and equipped chalet. Very friendly and helpful owners. Within walking distance to the beach and main attractions.

An absolute beautiful chalet in a nice quiet area had everything we possibly needed for our stay very clean and comfortable close to all amenities. Will definitely come back here again with our little boy he loved it!! Thankyou again

A quaint little chalet that was spotlessly clean and fully equipped for all your needs. We had a pleasant couple of nights and would definitely return. Hosts were wonderful supplying tea, biscuits and milk on arrival.

Great place for a ideal holiday break.

This Chalet is a gem, perfect for a relaxing break, the host was excellent... keeping this chalet in top class condition and immaculately clean. Everything worked perfectly which made for an stress- free holiday experience, and great to relax on the decking after a day walking & exploring the area. I would certainly recommend this place to friends & family and will try and come next year. A 5* rating for this place and for the host who communicated so well when I first booked the property...10/10 Terry

The host greeted us and such a lovely lady who gifted us with biscuits, tea,sugar and milk. As soon as we entered the property we knew it was a fabulous start to our holiday. Everything was perfect and all fixtures and fittings of a very high standard. I would highly recommend this property as I can vouch you will not be disappointed. A big thank you 😊 from me

Hit the spot

Host were delightful and accommodating, even when we were delayed on arrival (and initially went to the wrong location). The unit is superb, and just what we were looking for after a couple weeks traveling the UK: relaxing, quiet, with easy access to the beach. Well-equipped kitchen. Hot water is a bit quirky (either very small tanks or on-demand, so use conservatively (always a good idea anyway, to reduce resource consumption)). Beds were very comfortable. Good cell reception to provide our own Internet access. Large Tesco a few minutes away for groceries. Seal Sanctuary was a great experience.
