Prezzo della camera per 1 notte €68,spese di pulizia e noleggio biancheria 30€!!! scritto bello piccolo piccolo. Insomma la trovo una ingiustizia perchè io prenoto una camera e se la prenoto per 1 giorno o 1 settimana il costo della pulizia è lo stesso ma a me che prenoto una camera d'albergo non importa questo. Sarebbe stato più chiaro dire che il prezzo era € 98 quindi la prossima volta starò più attenta ma soprattutto se voglio una camera non PRENOTO TRAMITE HOTELS.COM

Una settimana al lago
Settimana di vacanza per visitare il lago e paesi limitrofi, e nel tardo pomeriggio una bella nuotata nella piscina limpidissima. Il residence è accogliente, pulito e con personale gentilissimo.

Wir hatten die Wohnung A104 und waren vom Ausblick und der Ruhe so begeistert!Kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder , der Pool ist super, gepflegt, allerdings könnte man die Liegen erneuern oder reparieren! Meine Kritikpunkte sind wie folgt Wenig Auswahl an Besteck und etc in der Küche, Zb Schere, Salatschüssel .... Das W-lan war nur im Wohnbereich gut in den Schlafzimmern und besonders auf dem Balkon war dies sehr schlecht bis garnicht! Kurze Anmerkung , demnächst bitte ein Bügeleisen wenn schon eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist!

Eine große Anlage, in der man sich fast verirrt, nicht beschildert. Bester Zugang war über die Tiefgarage. Zimmer und Flure sauber, aber lieblos und kahl, kasernenähnlich. Frühstück wurde im Zimmer serviert, angeliefert von einem Bäcker aus dem Ort. Man konnte nicht wählen, was kommt. Dafür blieb ein riesiger Haufen Verpackungsmüll. Am Pool total überzogene Coronamaßnahmen, auch wenn man nicht einmal ins Wasser will- obwohl im Freien, riesiges Gelände und kaum besucht. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett!

Très bonne adresse
Excellent séjour. Le logement est très bien équipé. A notre arrivée, le lave-vaisselle était en panne. Nous avons réclamé et il a été remplacé par un neuf le lendemain par un service technique aimable et efficace. Piscine assez grande et ne manque pas de transats. Etant en période Covid, les petits déjeuners étaient hélas servis en chambre sous forme de panier repas.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Sicherheitskonzept am Pool ist hervorragend. Negative Kritik gab es am TV-Empfang. Über den SAT-Anschluss sind nur britische Sender zu empfangen, über den normalen Antennenanschluss nur italienische Sender. Der SAT-Empfang im Wohnzimmer war überhaupt nicht möglich. Nach der Reklamation hat ein Angestellter die Anschlüsse überprüft, allerdings ohne Erfolg. Daraufhin sollte am nächsten Tag ein Elektriker kommen, um den Schaden zu beheben. Leider ist bis zum Ende des Aufenthaltes niemand erschienen. Anscheinend war der SAT-Receiver defekt, da dieser total überhitzt war. Um eine Entzündung zu vermeiden, habe ich den Receiver vom Netz genommen.

Klasse Appartementhotel in wundervoller Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und liegt direkt am See. Das Appartement war toll. Die Tiefgarage direkt unter der Anlage ist top! Wir würden sehr gern mal wiederkommen. Das Sushi im direkt am Hotel gelegenen Restaurants ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderbare Lage direkt am See. Poolanlage mit direktem Blick auf den See. Whirlpool wäre eigentlich auch schön und entspannend, aber mit übertrieben viel Chlor. Das Appartement ist schön ausgestattet & gut geeignet für mehrere Personen. Allerdings war die Sauberkeit allgemein im Bad, v.a. in der Dusche (Schimmel zwischen den Fliesen) sehr fragwürdig. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng - aussteigen unmöglich. Das Personal der Reception ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend & hilfsbereit. Anliegen & Probleme werden nach Möglichkeit sofort gelöst.

Lovely break by the lake
This place is really nice - we had a great four nights here, and were very lucky with the weather as it rained lots just before we arrived (it is "mountain weather" so you get what you get). We arrived "out of hours" but this had been prearranged so there is a safe with pin codes which was easy enough to use and we got our key and instructions very quickly. Parking is in an underground garage which you get into nearby reception using the key provided. Note that the door closes by itself once you drive through. The parking is a little tight but it works just fine. There are then elevators up to your apartment or steps if you prefer. We were in E001 and this was on the ground floor and very clean. It is a bit sparse but had everything we needed, including air conditioner units in every room that worked very well, though the blue lights were very bright at night! The apartment had a double room and a twin room both with cupboards, a bathroom with a good shower, and kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There were plenty of towels, washing up liquid and sponge, bin liner, 2 toilet rolls and one dishwasher tab. There is also a nice veranda with table, good wifi and a TV. The pool was great if not a little cold and the Jacuzzi was nice to warm up in. They have lots of inflatables for the kids to use if they ask! We had breakfast (including eggs) in the adjoining restaurant which was nice but missing the promised cake!

weekend Lago Magiorre
Hotel bardzo ładnie położony przy samym jeziorze. Ładny apartament z nowa kuchnia. Problem był niestety z siecią wi-fi. Rozłączało nas co 5 min i było to frustrujące. Dzwoniliśmy na infolinie i obiecali że ktoś zadzwoni żeby rozwiązać ten problem...nikt nie zadzwonił. Byliśmy tylko 3 dni i nie korzystaliśmy dużo z internetu ale przy dłuższym pobycie byłoby to nie do zniesienia. Oprócz tego tylko kilka kanałów w telewizji działało ale i tak z niego nie korzystaliśmy. Mimo wszystko gorąco polecam to miejsce. W sumie byliśmy po za sezonem więc zakosztowaliśmy dużo spokoju

Super Wohnung, ideal auch mit Baby
Die Wohnung (C206) war sehr modern und chic eingerichtet. Seeblick einfach sensationell. Pool sehr gepflegt, schön groß. Daneben gibt es noch einem kleinen Pool (40 cm Wassertiefe) für die kleinen Gäste, dort ist das Wasser auch nochmals erwas wärmer. Lage auch super für uns, in Gehnähe einige Restaurants und auch den Hafen erreicht man nach einem kleinen Spaziergang zu Fuß, wenn man einen Ausflug mit dem Boot machen möchte. Wenn man doch mal das Auto nimmt, ist dieses dank des Tiefgaragenplatzes (jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Platz in der TG) auch angenehm kühl. Klare Empfehlung!

Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool direkt am See
Wir waren mit 2 Kindern vor Ort. Die Anlage, vor allem der Pool und dessen Lage, ist superschön gelegen. Vom Pool aus schaut man direkt auf den Lago und Richtung Berge. Traumhaft! Wenige Punkte möchte ich den Betreibern mitteilen: - ein Toaster wäre prima - ein Korkenzieher für die italienischen Weine sollte Standard sein - eine Bratpfanne wäre nützlich - die mobile Klimaanlage ist arg gewöhnungsbedürftig und laut - die Ofen/Mikrowellen-Kombi ist nicht nutzbar, weil kein "Start-Knopf" vorhanden ist!!! Insgesamt 6 Erwachsene - inkl. 4 Mitarbeiter Ihres Hauses samt Techniker/Hausmeister - haben das Gerät nicht ans Laufen gebracht ...

Erittäin hyvä lomakohde. Maccagno on sopivan pieni kylä, ei liikaa turisteja. Paikallisissa ravintoloissa näykyi siten paljon myös paikallisia, italialaisia.

Only half roll of toilet paper - bring your own
We had the 2 bedroom penthouse on the third floor with private jaccuzzi on our second balcony. Not much lake view. No kitchen paper or towel. Only half roll of toilet paper. Could not get replenishment because reception closed. Just check upon arrival, which unfortunately we did not. Manfred

schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool
Ferienanlage ist sehr schön und in einem sauberen Zustand. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten würden die Ferienwohnung noch besser machen, z.B. zum abwaschen einen Geschirrkorb zum abtropfen des Geschirr's, oder ein paar Decken im Wohnbereich. Man kann von dort aus viele Ausflüge starten und sehr gute Restaurants besuchen. Ein Bootsanlegesteg ist auch gleich vor der Anlage.
