The house was renovated in August 2024 and is located in the heart of Campagnano - in the small square known as "Il Pozzo" - in a historic building dating back to 1600: three generations have lived here from the 1960s to today, and it is said that in this house Giuseppe Solera - Giuseppe Verdi's librettist - composed "Va Pensiero" for him, which was proposed as the Italian anthem but never officially adopted.
The vacation home is located on the first floor of a two-story building, easily accessible by car right up to the front door (for loading and unloading).
It enjoys an excellent panoramic position, with a private 42 sqm terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view with a different sunset every evening and all the necessary privacy, thanks also to privacy screens.
Fully furnished and equipped, it consists of a 16 sqm living room with a double sofa bed, a 5 sqm kitchen, a 16 sqm bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a 5 sqm bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, American coffee maker and kettle, as well as having a small peninsula.
In the living room that overlooks the terrace with lake view, there is a dining table for four people and a sofa bed (dimensions 133*192 cm when open) that opens in seconds.
The house has wi-fi and a great variety of books: book crossing is appreciated - if you like a book you're free to take it as long as you leave another one!
Games for children are available in the living room cabinet.
The Sunset View vacation home offers free luggage, stroller and bicycle storage service in an indoor space (unattended storage).
Next to the house there is free public parking with disabled parking and other parking spaces are available a few hundred meters away following the main road. In the "upper part" of the town about 300 meters from the house, there is a playground for children and parking spaces available along the road.
Pets are welcome as long as they respect the house's rooms and furniture.RiprovaClaude può commettere errori. Verifica sempre le risposte con attenzione.
