“What a magical space, as soon as we entered the property all the stress and worries just dissapeared, the views are jaw dropping . A lovely space to just sit at one of the many windows or outside balcony with a nice glass of wine or cup of tea and just relax and watch the world go by. “We travel a lot and I don’t think we have ever had such an amazing stay. Marion met us upon arrival and her friendly personality was the best welcome to Ireland. The apartment was so beautifully decorated and there were thoughtful surprises everywhere. The breakfast items, coffee and tea assortments made the place feel like home. The bed was so comfortable we slept later than planned each night. We loved getting to know Marion, Colin, their horses, puppy and Bailey. We hope to come back again...

The following comments are for the owner only: The online photos of the house left this beautiful property's unique selling points as a surprise and for that reason, I gave it a three. I would suggest a picture of the house with the mountains in the background and a view of the kitchen looking out to the sea and additional photos of the main bathroom and bedrooms.”

“I was traveling with my daughter, husband and mother-in-law. The place was so nice - everyone was happy with their room (comfy beds) and bathroom. The condo is well equipped for cooking and eating in or super close to many restaurant and pub options. Bring your own ground coffee though if that is a must have for you! Quite close to Connemara National Park and the abbey - and so much more! I would definitely stay here again.”

“Cathriona was a wonderful host. She met us when we arrived and gave us a lot of good information re: places to eat and nearby activities. The apt is a quick 10 minute walk to town. The bed was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and Cathriona even provided some sweet baked treats that were an especially nice touch. We travel a lot and I would say this property ranks in our top 10.”

“Sunnybank House is exactly as described. Highlights for our group of 18 family and relatives include: evening gatherings around the two peat-burining fireplaces with a variety of Irish Whiskeys; a very short walk to the pubs and restaraunts in Clifden, having a chef cook a delicious dinner in our own kitchen for all of us to enjoy, sightseeing all around Connemara; golf at the Connemara Links course just 15 minutes away; and wonderful pub visits out in the country...especially Paddy Coynes pub...
