“Hotel is located around 15 minutes from Yokohama Station (can use exit 南9 or the neighboring tower entrance). The room was clean, albeit pretty small, leaving no space for me to open my luggage inside the room. Breakfast was pretty sad, with only cold rice box with a bottle of Japanese tea (and this was the same breakfast for the whole 8 night I stayed).”

“As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo.
