“The front desk staff was wonderful. Kind and helpful. Enrtyway of property is nice. The first room i was put in was terrible. Carpet severely stained, and frayed, wall patched and not psinted, furniture beat up, shower wall cracked. Ican deal with a well used room if its clean but this room was one you give to a terrible customer. The second roo. Wss in much better condition. I get you cant renovate every room at once but there should be a point that a room is removed from service until...

“The hotel and staff were were very nice. Not enough staff the people they did have were very friendly. And helpful. Needed more towels in the room only had two full size towels. Women need at least two each. They did deliver the towels. The pool was nice clean. Again with staff they did have was terrific. They accommodated us the best they could.”
