“It's a beautiful hotel, clean and in a great location!”

“Very nice and clean room. Got the king suite with a lakeview and view of town and absolutely loved it. Had a nice balcony to sit on as well. Bed was very comfortable and room had to rooms to it. Very comfortable place to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.”

“I thought we might be getting a cabin and ended up in a room in the back of the property. It was not very nice. I asked if we could move to a cabin. They happened to have one available and moved us for a small upgrade fee. We appreciate the staff for helping us with this.”

“The pictures of the property are deceiving. The property is not maintained. The 4th floor halls, gym, arcade, and common areas did not have A/C (it was hot). The room door was not fitted properly leaving a gap into the hallway. The walls were damaged. The carpet was very old and damaged. The 4th floor windows slid completely open with no fall barrier. The waterpark is for toddlers and not maintained. The outside pool was cloudy and had a very strong chemical odor (not chlorine). The place is a...
