“The cabins are super cute. The cleanliness was good, however, they would benefit from a deep clean to address the dirt on the windows and significant dirt on the ceiling fan. Roll out couch ok for children only. The staff were very nice and helpful. The cabin garden tub was good and bubbled very nicely. The main hot tub and water park was having some technical issues while we were there, (which was early season).”

“Reserved a 2 bedroom (3 queen beds) with family room online, for family of 5. Hotel advertized an indoor water park which was advertized online and on the hotel sign. We got this for our daughters 12th birthday. Got there, and water park wasn't opening for another 3 days, on may 11th. We were in the off season which i get, but no where on the hotel sign nor on their online page did it state the water park wasn't open. Daughter was disappointed snd hotel wouldnt refund. “This place gets poor reviews, but is a reliable, safe practical place to stay for us. Our 3rd time staying here bc it is so close to Shepler’s ferry that you can walk in five minutes and save the 15 parking fee. There is a beautiful tv and internet, two double beds that are clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that there were few electrical outlets for our CPAP machines, but we managed just fine. Next time on the island we Weill stay here again for sure!”
