“The staff was very understanding when we had to leave a day early due to a medical emergency. Refunded our money.
The chalet was clean and well maintained inside. Wood interior was beautiful. Roomy enough for two people.
Only complaint was the very very very firm mattress and “flat” pillows. Hard to get comfortable.
Close to ferries and downtown. Everything we needed was within walking distance.”

“The first night we were in this motel we had the NOISIEST neighbors upstairs. I couldn't believe how loud they were just walking back and forth and up and down the stairs right outside our room. I called the front desk to see if we could get a different room on the second story and the next morning we were moved! Absolutely no issues after that. The staff were so friendly and the location was perfect. Definitely recommend!”

“From the outside it looks like a nice place, the room was clean but there were ants in the bathroom. There was a fridge in the closet but no microwave, the room was dark as there is only one lamp on the nite table. The room is sadly lacking ac outlets and no lamp near the table. We have never seen a coffee pot like the one there, when you pour the coffee it leaks out over everything, also there was only one pack of coffee, we had to go ask for more.
