The Mighty Mack Cabin was such a great place to stay! Beautiful cabin, close to the Mackinaw Bridge, and right on Lake Huron! The host was excellent to commute with and very friendly! I would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully do so in the future!!

Cabin was largely as expected. Did have a bunch of flies in the microwave, and the heater hardly touches the main bedroom, so it got pretty chilly. Other than that, really cool spot, and the cabin was nice.

Property was very clean and as pictured. The lock/door handle was clunky and we had quite a bit of trouble getting in and out. As mentioned in another review the air conditioning unit is very loud and shakes the main bedroom, which woke us up both nights.

Cute, clean property. There was a hiccup with the check in however the host was very responsive. Not many home amenities but we were only there for a short time. Convenient location on the beach. The property had a dustpan but no broom to keep ahead of the inevitable sand. Stated it sleeps up to 6. Spaces better suited for small children than 6 adults.

Cabin was beautiful. The view is spectacular. But theres many flaws, we had a horrible bug problem and the screen door doesn't close tight- forcing us to keep thr main door closed during our stay. There's no ac in the main bedroom its really hot. Outside theres a fireplace but no wood or information for where to get it. No bathroom trash, or bedroom door for small room. So its very open and limited privacy. Your neighbors are very close to close. If they have crying kids inside you will hear them. Be mindful if your looking for something romantic or private

Beautiful Setting and Wonderful Amenities

This was a very pleasant location with incredible sunrises. We had a lovely time in this cabin as a family. The accommodations and amenities were perfect.

The cabin is situated at the end of a sketchy hotels parking lot. The cabins air conditioning has a pretty hard time keeping the tiny cabin cool. The front lock was tricky and all but falling off. The beach was filthy and the swarms of mosquitos made it impossible to even sit outside. That was pretty disappointing. You are lined up with the backside of other hotels. The area itself is just a tourist trap with hoodie stores and misleading restaurants. The host was impossible to get ahold of and if you need help you have to journey down to another hotel whom then calls someone to fix your problem. Honest review.. of the entire area.. go somewhere else. I have 3 kids and we cut our trip short because it was a HUGE waste of money that keeps you wanting repeatedly.

Perfect little spot

It was a cute place. Perfect for the 4 of us. Having access to the pool and hot tub, plus the lake was perfect. The view is beautiful. Very clean and cool from the summer heat inside. We would definitely stay again.

It was nice being on the water. The location however was strange. The place was very clean & tidy. It was a bit too small & uncomfortable for 4 people. Better suited for 2 people.

Great Vacation

Small cabin right on the beach. Excellent location to watch 4th of July fireworks and within 20 minutes of everything you would want to do in the area. Check-in and check-out were simple.

Meandering in Michigan

My husband and I enjoyed this property tremendously. We were able to relax in the living room, eat our breakfast at the table in the kitchen, and sit directly on the beach. The cabin is within walking distance to the Mackinac Island Ferry boats. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
