This house is located on the Southwest side of Lake Gaston near mile markers 14-15.
Please Note: This home is not available for groups larger than 16, events or parties.
Nearest Boat Launch is .5 miles away at Harbor Landing ramp
Nearest Grocery (20 min): Food Lion, Littleton, NC
Nearest Essentials Store: Dollar General (10 min)
Nearest Gas Station: Pay Jays (10 min)
Nearest Marina: Eaton Ferry (10 min by boat); (20 min by car)

👥 Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
🔇 Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
⚠️ Children must be supervised at all times around the lake, dock, and waterfront areas.
🚤 Guests use the dock, kayaks, and all water-related amenities at their own risk.
🍔 Please clean the grill after use and turn off the propane when finished.
🛠 Report any damage or maintenance concerns immediately so we can address them promptly.
🗑 Please place all trash in the designated containers and keep lids secured.
