“This was my first trip to Nantucket and probably my last. I found the hotel to be nothing special. The garden grounds were not neat and were filled with leaves. No one came to clean the room on our first day there, even though the cleaning staff was in the next room when we left for the day. I finally had to text them late in the afternoon to have someone clean the room. We couldn't find the hotel shuttle when we came in on the ferry, as they assured me they would be a van waiting. The bar...

“This place was lovely. Our room was great, staff was friendly and location was phenomenal. The only thing I would change would be the mattress. It was extremely soft and offered no support. The afternoon cookies and tea were great .”

“Everything was excellent. Only the bed was difficult - worn out to the point of being difficult to sleep (head lower than feet). Seems the bed is used as a couch because there are no chairs on the room. It was very uncomfortable as a result. Very clean, the most helpful staff, great location. Nice breakfast.”
