Found a contact lens and a chip out of the tub floor but these were both really minor and our room was very clean and welcoming. Hotel staff was pleasant and very helpful.

The host when i checked in was not nice to say the least but Michael when i checked out was excellent. Not only did he fix the previous problems made by the other gentlemen but was just a genuine person. Michael is the epitome of hospitality.

I think the front desk could do a better job at greeting new guests. When we checked out we had a very nice young man greet us, and that's what the lady at check-in should have done. She just looked at us without saying anything until we said we're here to check in.

I smoke and I loved the fact that this hotel offered a smoking oasis that was heated!! Smoking is not a common thing anymore and the fact that this was an amenity offered to guests made me extremely happy! I also enjoyed the clean rooms, comfortable pillows and bedding. I was able to relax and rest as if I was in my own home. Not to mention the staff was very helpful and kind. I will continue to stay at Hilton’s on future vacations and recommend to all my family and friends.

Overall decent experience. There we a dirty towel left on top or my shower and coffee maker was broken. When I called for coffee no one ever showed up with it.

We got a room to sleep 3 with a pull out couch… our pull out couch had no linens and there was none in the room. We asked for some and none were delivered. We went to the desk and they gave us linens but no pillows .. tried again an hour later and was told we would get one to our room in 5 minutes … still don’t have a pillow …

Usually I love staying here, but this time they charged my card upon leaving for a full nights stay and my bank reported it as fraud and I had to be issued a new card. Incredibly frustrating. The girl who I spoke to when I called was incredibly rude and not helpful.

My husband and I stayed for three nights. The room(king) was spacious and clean. Front desk was so courteous and paid attentionto any needs.
When we go back to Madison, we plan on utilizing this hotel

3-day stay
We were in Madison for a couple days, and stayed at the HGI. There is nothing wrong with this hotel. I just felt that for the cost, it could have been nicer. The rooms are comfortable, but not that much more than cheaper hotels. Breakfast is not included. But, it was clean, and in a convenient, safe location.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was pool waa closed for repairs but they had a solution for it. Woild definitely stay there agaim!

Uncontrolled barking dogs in guest room for hours well into the night and staff seemingly could’ve cared less for multiple guests that couldn’t sleep as a result of it. I’ll never ever stay at any Hilton Garden again.

Rooms well insulated so very quiet. Only 1x heard another voice in hallway/other room and that was over 3 nights. However, our room was one floor above the area where garbage trucks collected dumpsters for the properties in the area so Monday at 5, 545 and 630 was noisy! Pool was not available and they offered us 'sister properties' pools we could use - no thanks not traveling to another property to use a pool which was disappointing. Charge for breakfast a little much and years ago it was included in price.

We were in town for a tournament at the Capital Ice Arena and this location was perfect. Plus, it is close to a lot of dining and shopping.
The hotel was very nice. The staff was great. And our room was clean and as described. We will use them again when in the area.
