“Great location . Close to strip and located in a quiet area. Only issue we had was place was not as clean as we’re used to but we did our own light cleaning upon arrival and had no issues . ”

Although the weekend weather was gloomy and cold, the unit was perfect for two girlfriends getting away for the weekend and enjoying conversation, wine (of course), and the lake. “The property is just a block from the lakefront and makes it so easy to enjoy the beach area. Fairport Harbor is a quaint little town with many great places to visit...all within walking distance of this property. We even took advantage of a Friday night festival in the park. The room was very clean and parking was easy. The mattress could use replacing but we thought enough of this place to come back for a second time.”

“Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, comfortable, and in a great location--close to Bridge St. and Walnut Beach. The kitchen seemed well equipped, even though we didn't cook. Communication with Kevin was excellent and very quick. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit Ashtabula.”
