“Beds in our room were made, but the bathroom and floors were not cleaned when we arrived. Needed a very deep clean-the refrigerator and microwave were dirty. Had to request towels as we only had 1. The other family we were with had to do the same. The pool was like ice water and we ended up having to go to the community center with a heated pool. Even the kids couldn’t enjoy it because it was too cold. Breakfast was sparse and not desirable.”

“Staff were helpful. Didnt like that i wasnt able to pay the $30 incidental fee with cash especially when they had no problem with me paying cash for my room ($212). But was able to figure it out so no worries.”

“Bed was comfortable but the fitted sheet didn’t stay on and the top sheet and blanket were not the right size for a queen bed. Too small. The breakfast was toast and cereal. It’s like they weren’t trying. The coffee, however; was on early, was hot; and tastes great!”

“There was bed bugs. We immediately left but have been fighting for a refund. There was stains all over the mattress and it was gross.”
