“Loved it. Having a dog finding a decent place to stay where they don’t put you in a gross room is hard. Whole place is dog friendly. Staff included. They gave us a doggy welcome gift with poo bags and treats. The park and out door area located behind the facility is amazing. Great place to walk your dog and for kids to play. “Had an unplanned layover in Portland while getting repair work done on my Sprinter Van. An employee at Outside Van recommended McMenamins Edgefield and really glad I chose this place. Unique lodging experience and fabulous dinner and breakfast at the pub and restaurant in the main lodge. Much better than staying at a chain hotel! Would have liked to take advantage of the billiards, but didn’t have anyone to play with. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Portland area!”
