“Tangipahoa Parish had everything my family needed while we were visiting the area. The property was clean and had all the space my family needed for a comfortable stay. We were visiting family in the area and being able to come back to our own space with small children made the trip even better. The property owner, David, was great in making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and communicating with us before, during, and after ou visit.”

“Rhis was a last minute booking due to not being able to stay at the one i had already booked. It was very clean, great neighborhood. Felt very comfortable staying there by myself. Host was easy to reach out to and fast communication. Will be staying there again.”

“The host was great and responsive, however the units just need some TLC. One unit had not been cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke and one of the bed’s linens had not been washed. Cleaning services came out to replace the sheets within 30 minutes, so that was good. But the smoke smell was bad enough that I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and fabric febreeze to make it through the night. The other unit we stayed in did not have any odors but could have used a cleaning as well. ”

“Dishwasher would not work. Heads up. We barely made any mess. Back bathroom baseboards and floor could have been cleaner. Everything else was great ! ”

“Eastgate 22A was clean and well managed. Very pet friendly with good back yard space and plenty of floor space for food, water, and pet beds. The rooms were very comfortable with good quality mattresses and bedding. With a TV in every bedroom plus the living room, it makes it easy to have personal time and social time. “The Villa was not clean long black hairs and dust everywhere dead bugs around baseboards. Stove top has a film of grease and dust. We never use it. Both bathrooms only had 1 1/2 rolls of tissue for 5 days for three adults. We had to buy some. Dryer was dirty We did not feel comfortable in the place. ”
