Otherwise, communications with management excellent, convenient, nice and interesting place to stay in Historical District of Sweetwater. Parking not a problem.”

The only big problem was we were in town for a wedding and the desk clerk said our reservations were cancelled because we were local even though we were from over fifty miles away. After a heated exchange about their website said nothing about this I proceed to leave but once back in my vehicle the manager came out and apologized stating the clerk was new and reinstated our reservations. “For 3 days, A/C was very loud. Ice machine out of order. Pool out of order. Gym out of order. Water dispenser out of order. Sticky residue on room floors. Staff stared at us when in view of them - creepy. Definitely not worth the $. ”
