“The one switch on the Wall to put the light on and off when you enter the room was not working, hence one had to scramble in the dark to turn individual light switches on. There was a lot of disturbance at night from the alternate side doors opening and closing, which could have been closed during the night.”

“We arrived on the heels of a snowstorm after driving 10 hrs. We were greeted by a well-dressed, highly professional desk clerk who efficiently and eagerly answered all of our questions and a few we didn't know to ask. “Noisy, poor air conditioning/ heat. Could not turn the fan on to help with noise control. Layout of the building was confusing. The front staff were ( always) in the back rather than being available when customers were present during a busy time. I must say we have travelled a lot and it was one of the few at the bottom of our list. Would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“Really not sure how this motel has an overall high star score. The night clerk with a missing tooth was so rude, its a motel & she said they had no extra pillows when the owner the next morning said they did. Beds were uncomfortable, hard, flat pillows, you pay for what you get!!!”
