CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

• Check in is at 3 pm, which can be extended until 7 pm without additional charge.

• Check in from 7 pm to 10 pm has an additional supplement of €35.

• Check in after 10 pm has an additional supplement of €75.

• NO check in after 11 pm.

• Check out time is maximum until 12 pm.

KEYS

One set of keys is provided. In case of loss, a supplement of €50 will be charged to make a replacement copy.



CLEANING

The cleaning price includes washing of sheets, towels and generic cleaning of the studio and its elements.

This section does not include excess dirt, grease, stains on sheets and towels, cleaning of excessive amounts of rubbish, etc.

In these cases, an additional supplement of €20/hour for cleaning and laundry is applied, to restore the cleanliness of the elements.



TOBACCO

Out of respect for other guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Lighting candles and incense is also not allowed.



KITCHEN

A kitchen is available equipped with an electric ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, Italian coffee maker and household crockery. Quick meals and takeaway food can be prepared.



GYM

Less than 4 minutes walking, there is a gym. Daily passes can be purchased.

NEIGHBOURS

We understand that our guests are enjoying their holiday, therefore we wish them a pleasant stay.

The building is inhabited by people who need to rest to attend their daily work day, so we suggest a reasonable behaviour.

We ask you to comply with the rules of the owners' community, especially with the rest hours (11:00 pm to 08:00 am), being respectful with the neighbours who inhabit the building.
