HOW TO GET AROUND

Metro: Several minutes away is Palos de la Frontera station, line 3, Atocha, line 1.

To get to the flat:

From the airport: Take metro line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios. At Nuevos Ministerios, change to line 10 in the direction of Plaza de España. Then, at Plaza de España, change to line 3 in the direction of Villaverde Alto and get off at Palos de la Frontera station. From there, walk about 5 minutes to the flat.
From Atocha station:Atocha station is a 10-minute walk away.
From Chamartín station: Take line 10 towards Puerta del Sur and get off at Plaza de España. There, change to line 3 in the direction of Villaverde Alto and get off at Palos de la Frontera. From there, walk about 5 minutes to the flat.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
