▲ BUILDING WORKS NOTICE

We are carrying out renovation and improvement works on the building.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.





Interior and quiet apartment, practical and functional, 30 m2, ideal for up to 3 people and fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay.



It is situated on the third floor and the building has a lift.



In the bedroom you will find a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with bedding, air conditioning with hot/cold split system and space to store your belongings.



In addition, the accommodation has a comfortable single sofa bed, television and a small dining area in the living room.



You have a modern bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed an electric hand dryer for greater comfort and hygiene instead of a hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which you will find on the bed.



Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; please use it responsibly for its correct operation.



The open-plan kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, crockery for 3 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable clothes rack and iron available.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort of being at home!

Request a cot or high chair for your baby in your booking if you need one.

Keys will be available from 3 o'clock in the afternoon at the accommodation.
