Just 20 minutes from downtown Madrid, this cozy accommodation offers comfort, convenience, and great community facilities—perfect for couples, friends, or families visiting the city.

The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed for two guests and an en-suite full bathroom with a tub and bidet. The living and dining area includes a sofa bed for two guests. The space includes a fully equipped separate kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, as well as small appliances such as a toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. If you arrive by car, you will also have access to a private parking space.

The apartment is located in a residential complex with a variety of shared amenities. Guests can enjoy access to a gym, a paddle tennis court, a children’s playground, and an outdoor swimming pool during the summer. The gym is available without a prior reservation, although it has set hours of operation. The paddle tennis court requires a reservation through the complex’s concierge and also has specific operating hours. The children’s playground is outdoors and available for use at any time.

San Blas Canillejas is well connected to central Madrid by public transportation.

Please note:

- The TVs in the apartment are traditional antenna TVs, not smart TVs.
- The refrigerator is small and includes a small freezer compartment, as shown in the photos.
- Please note that the sofa bed normally faces the TV. Before unfolding it, you must rotate it to face the kitchen or the window.

Guests have access to a gym, a paddle tennis court, a children’s playground, and an outdoor summer pool. The gym has set hours and no reservation is required, while the paddle tennis court requires a prior reservation with the concierge. All facilities are for registered guests only.
Additional guests after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
