Bright, Quiet, and Spacious 70-square-meter Apartment for 4 Guests with 2 Bedrooms—Perfect for relaxing or working remotely in Madrid, as it’s located in a very convenient area. An excellent choice for your stay, given its generous size (70m²), brightness (many apartments are dark or low-ceilinged), and elevator. In the heart of Madrid, a 5-minute metro ride from Avenida América, Cartagena, and Prosperidad. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus terminal. The Bernabéu Stadium is nearby. Comfortable apartment with four rooms: living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, all with large windows that let in natural light (Most apartments in the neighborhood are on lower floors or face the interior, with less natural light and pedestrian traffic). Large beds with latex mattresses and pillows, plus cotton sheets. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV (Fire TV), air conditioning, and heating. - We have unrestricted access thanks to the keybox located in the building’s entrance hall - Trash must be taken down late in the day to the communal trash bins located in front of the elevator door. Paid parking: 20€/day. Must be reserved in advance. There are two parking spaces for four apartments, so they may not be available at the time of booking. If you’d like to check before booking, please ask and we’ll let you know if they’re available. I’m as flexible as possible with check-in and check-out times; however, this will depend on whether we can coordinate with our availability or if your check-in and check-out occur on the same day, as well as the time needed for cleaning so that you’ll find the place in perfect condition. We have self-check-in thanks to the key box located in the building’s entrance hall.
