Bedrooms: two bedrooms designed for rest. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds.

Bathroom: one full bathroom, functional and comfortable for all guests.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: includes a ceramic cooktop, microwave with grill, coffee maker, washing machine, a full set of kitchenware, bed linens, and towels.

Included Amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, an elevator, and self-check-in with a keypad lock.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring independence and privacy throughout their stay.

- Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- When checking out, please remember to turn off the lights and the air conditioning, take out the trash, and leave the keys where you found them.
- For stays longer than 21 days, you must schedule a mid-stay cleaning service, which includes a complete cleaning of the apartment and a change of sheets and towels; the price is the same as the cleaning fee included in your reservation.
- It is strictly prohibited to tamper with the electrical and/or telecommunications panels in the apartment.
