The sleeping area has a cosy double bed, surrounded by soft blue tones and colourful artwork that give the space a calm, welcoming feel. The living and dining area has a sofa and a round table, ideal for a morning coffee or a relaxed dinner in.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home: a fridge with freezer compartment, a two-zone induction hob, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and a capsule coffee machine for your morning espresso.

For extra comfort, you'll also find a TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner.

Please note: the heating is centralised and managed by the building's community of owners. It runs automatically during the winter months on the established days and times, and guests can't adjust it.

The entire studio is yours during your stay. It's on the ground floor with direct access from the street, so there are no stairs, lifts or shared areas. Check-in is fully self-service with a smart lock. You'll receive a link before your arrival and can let yourself in at any time that suits you.

Stay like a local in Media Legua, in the Moratalaz district, one of Madrid's calm, green and genuinely residential neighbourhoods. Here you'll find everyday Madrid life: friendly neighbourhood bars serving cañas and tapas, traditional cafés, supermarkets and local shops, all within walking distance.

The best of the city is also close by. The Retiro Park is a short metro ride away, perfect for a morning run, a boat ride on the lake or a lazy afternoon in the sun. From there, the Prado Museum, the elegant Salamanca district and Puerta del Sol are all easily reached. At the end of the day, you come back to a quiet street and your own peaceful retreat.

Getting around Madrid from here is quick and easy. Vinateros and Estrella metro stations (Line 9) are just a 7–8 minute walk away. From there, you can reach Ibiza station, right next to the Retiro Park, in just a few stops, and connect to the rest of the city in minutes. The Media Legua bus stop is only 2 minutes from the door, with lines including 8, 20, 30, 32, 113 and 143, plus the N8 night bus if you're enjoying Madrid's famous nightlife. If you're driving, the M-30 ring road is right nearby, giving you fast access to the whole city.

Self check-in with smart lock. A smartphone with battery and internet connection is required; no physical keys are used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your check-in, once our arrival form has been completed.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linens during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces if the property has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the full right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
