Located in the heart of Madrid’s “Las Letras” neighborhood, this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment is bright, modern, and elegant.

The apartment has been completely renovated. The open-concept living room is spacious and bright, featuring three classic Spanish balconies overlooking Atocha Street. In the entryway area, there is a full bathroom with a chromotherapy shower.
The kitchen, located next to the dining room, is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay.

A large hallway leads to the rest of the rooms in the house. The first bedroom features two single beds and storage space. Next is the second bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in closet. There is also a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and, next to it, a small closet with a washer and dryer.
The master suite features a double bed, storage space, and a large en suite bathroom.

-Check-ins after 8:00 p.m. incur a fee of 30 euros.
-Check-ins after 11:00 p.m. incur a fee of 50 euros.
-Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Our staff will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; simply leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
-If there are six people and you still wish to use the sofa bed, there is an additional charge.
